Account Creation & Security
To register on jeetway bd, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user may only create one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same individual or household, all associated accounts may be terminated and any related balances may be forfeited.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are fully liable for all activity carried out under your account, even if a third party accessed it without your permission. If you suspect a security breach, you must notify our support team immediately. jeetway bd may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time, and users are required to provide such documents upon request.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Payment & Transaction Policy

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Jeetway bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time and without prior notice. Such action may be taken if a user violates any provision of these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or behaves in a way that threatens the security of the platform or other users. Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon account closure will be determined based on the nature of the violation.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. It is the user's responsibility to complete any pending withdrawals or transactions before the account is closed. Once permanently closed, the user's data may be retained for a specified period in accordance with our privacy policy. Accounts with self-exclusion activated under our responsible gaming policy will not be reactivated before the designated period has elapsed.
